THE ANNIE B. DRIVER BIBLE INSTITUTE:
BIBLE STUDY
Offers weekly quality teaching and in-depth studies of the scriptures that are presented by the pastor or an appointee. Thorough expositions of Bible passages are clearly communicated.
CHURCH SCHOOL
Offer inspirational lessons to every age group each Sunday. A major element of the church that is designed to make disciples according to Christ’s command
“KERUSSO” (Minister’s Training)
Provides instruction and interaction to the church’s ministers covering a variety of topics such as: the preacher’s prayer-life, ethics, study habits, professionalism, tools, expository preaching and skills improvement. Designed to improve the quality of minister’s who serve in the church.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Provides instruction to gain a deeper understanding of the Household of Faith Community Church culture and to understand and communicate the vision, mission and purpose.
MINISTRY TRAINING
Offers training to prepare individuals to step confidently into the next phase of their God-given calling. Scripture commands us “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12).
NEW MEMBER’S ORIENTATION & DEVELOPMENT
Assimilates new people into the congregation and provides expectations of Church membership through several thematic classes, which include: Salvation, Spiritual Growth, Service, Stewardship, Sharing Our Faith and Gift Discovery. Certificate of completion is given at the end of (8) sessions.
SPIRITUAL FORMATION
Provides additional learning opportunities for the hungry believer. Those desiring a deeper study of God’s Word in an environment of personal interaction are encouraged to participate in any of these classes. Stay tuned for more titles and topics to come.
TEACHER’S TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
Covers weekly Bible lessons to be taught by all ministries and provides an opportunity for teachers and potential teachers to develop necessary skills in order to lead others into a deeper discipleship. Teacher’s certification is a must for all teachers at HOFCC.
TUTORING PROGRAM & EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE
Assists with reading, math, science and writing skills with a goal of enhancing skills and eliminating deficiencies.
