Encouragement - The Ministry of Fellowship

Functions
To provide leadership to the entire church fellowship program. To serve as a positive, uplifting and spiritual voice of hope, challenge, and comfort. To be available to assist families in crisis and joy. To work with Deacons and fellow ministers members and leaders to ensure proper visitation and care of entire church membership. To establish an effective Care Cell Ministry. To ensure that friendliness is projected to guests and newcomers. To be a source of encouragement and support.

Support Minitries

• Ushers (Facilitation)-floor monitors and people facilitators who ensure order during worship services.
  
• Greeters (Hospitality)-Friendly, exciting and pleasant hostesses who greet and welcome all church attendees. Initial interaction is paramount to making a “good impression” on our guests. Our goal is to pleasantly meet guest on the parking lot, see them through beyond the lobby and into the sanctuary.
  
• Nurses (Caregivers)-partners with the ushers in facilitating order in the church. To be available to administer aid to worshippers and attendees of the church who may require personal attention during services. To sponsor regular health awareness fairs and exhibits.
  
• Recreation Ministry-to involve all members in areas of sports, physical fitness, and the promotion of health awareness. Provides Christian competition with partner congregations. Activities to include aerobics, basketball, softball, bowling, and others.
