Functions
Facilitates the day-to-day operations of the ministry; supervising all support staff members and volunteers, coordinating the scheduling and communication of programs, and assisting the senior pastor in strategic planning.

  • Administrative Assistant/Church Secretary
    Performs general office work, under the supervision of the Church Administrator. Maintains office files, records, and schedules; makes requisitions, prepares reports, and type copies. Other duties as assigned.

  • Bulletin (Announcements, Sick Lists, Prayer Requests, etc.) Records Management
    Every effort to produce efficient and professional published material is made by the church staff. Announcements during worship services should be minimal. Therefore, each ministry department should turn in announcements by Thursday evening prior to the desired Sunday’s presentation. Sick reports are welcomed. However, we ask that you call the church office at least every two weeks with updates. Vacant

  • Building Superintendent (Custodian)
    Responsible for maintaining clean buildings and grounds and oversee minor repairs. Under the supervision of the Church Administrator, open and close doors, move furniture for special services and protect the sanctity of church facilities. (Includes Sanctuary Beautification-responsible for creating a pleasant and lively atmosphere within and around the sanctuary auditorium. This includes flowers, banners, furniture and other elements of enhancement.)

  • Program/Event Coordinator
    Is responsible for providing leadership and assistance to church ministries in the planning, conducting, and evaluating of special programs and services. Ministry leaders/Program Chairpersons are contacted by Program Coordinator in advance of annual celebrations, and assistance and guidance will be given to ensure success. Program Coordinator will report directly to the church administrator. Vacant

  • Marketing/Public Relations Coordinator
    Is responsible for providing leadership and assistance to the entire church body in the coordination and development of advertisement and church publications and will offer suggestions for improving and maintaining the church’s image in the community. The coordinator will work in conjunction with the Media ministry and will edit, produce and sell recordings of specified services and events.
